  • Preparation of Transmittal

    BPLS prepares the transmittal letter

  • Submission to Sangguniang Panlalawigan

    Submit transmittal letter and franchise applications to the SB

  • Receiving & Sorting

    Franchising Staff receives, inspects, and sorts applications

  • Processing & Certification

    Franchising Staff processes application and issues certification

  • Board Members Approval

    Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members approve the MTOF

  • Official Signing

    Vice Governor and Presiding Officer sign the approved MTOF

  • Releasing of MTOF

    Franchising Staff releases the MTOF to the applicant

  • Receiving Letter of Request

    VMO/SBO Staff receives the letter of request

  • Approval/Disapproval

    Vice Governor or Secretary to the Sanggunian approves/disapproves the request

  • Review & Determination

    Records Officer II reviews and determines document availability

  • Retrieval & Reproduction

    Records Staff retrieves and reproduces the requested documents

  • Releasing & Stamping

    Records Officer III releases and stamps the requested documents
